A Senior Healthcare Litigation/Clinical Negligence Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100, Defendant law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
My client is an award winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their well-respected Healthcare Litigation team. The successful Solicitor will defend Clinical Negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution & NHS Trusts. The claims will be of the highest value, in particular catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries, such as those involving cerebral palsy. You will lead on these cases with assistance from a team of clinical negligence lawyers.
