hands-on manufacturing engineering
with
customer-facing technical support. You will be involved in assembling and testing electronic products while also supporting customers throughout the full product lifecycle - from pre-sales queries to after-sales troubleshooting. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both practical engineering and engaging with end users. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing / Engineering Assemble light PCB and mechanical components Conduct product testing and quality checks to ensure performance standards Use test equipment such as multimeters, signal generators, and spectrum analysers Fault-find and troubleshoot electronic units Record test results and maintain accurate technical documentation Collaborate closely with engineers on product design improvements Customer Support Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and online channels Provide remote troubleshooting and installation guidance Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction Escalate complex technical issues to engineering where required About You Essential: Background or degree in
Electronics, Audio, RF, Telecommunications, IT
or similar Strong communication skills (English) Ability to produce / maintain technical documentation Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Preferred: Previous experience in a similar customer-technical role Additional languages (e.g. Spanish) Familiarity with CRM systems and international customer communication Experience using test instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, RF equipment) What's On Offer Career development path, with opportunities to move into
