Vehicle Technician Opportunity in Malvern
1. Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 basic (DOE) + Bonus (OTE £36,000)
2. Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (No Weekends)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established independent garage in Malvern.
Working within an all-makes service and MOT workshop, you’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team, carrying out a wide range of servicing, repairs, and diagnostics. This position offers a great work-life balance with no weekend working, alongside a strong bonus structure to boost your earnings.

Key Responsibilities:
12. Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of cars and vans
13. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
14. Conduct vehicle inspections and identify worn or faulty components
15. Complete MOT testing (if qualified)
16. Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
17. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth workshop operations
18. Complete job cards and documentation accurately
About You:
19. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
20. NVQ / IMI Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
21. MOT Tester licence (desirable but not essential)
22. Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
23. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
24. Team player with a positive attitude
25. Full UK driving licence required
