Description
* Oversee financial reporting and forecasting activities to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and refine financial models.
* Proactively identify and report on financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
* Provide leadership to finance team members, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Support the development of company-wide financial strategy and KPIs.
* Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Profile
A successful Financial Reporting Accountant should have:
* Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
* Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
