A creative partner who works closely with our Culinary Director, Food Stylist & Operations team to craft culinary journeys that are daring and unforgettable.
Collaborate on creative menu development that prioritises seasonality, sustainability, and bold storytelling.
Support in building operational excellence, mentoring junior chefs and setting the tone for high standards across the kitchen brigade.
Innovate food presentation approaches, working with the wider creative team to deliver experiences that are as beautiful as they are delicious - without ever compromising on substance.
Experience in delivering premium events or high-end restaurant service at scale, ideally across diverse venues.
A strong creative sensibility and passion for flavour innovation.
A deep understanding of seasonal produce, menu engineering, and modern food trends.
A hunger to shake things up and reimagine what events catering can be.
Comfort working within both structured systems and creative chaos.
