Engineering Manager Hertfordshire, £75 - 85k plus package This independent residential developer has been building homes for over 20 years, ranging from luxury detached family homes to city apartments. As a result of their continued growth they are currently in the market for an Engineering Manager to be office based in their Hertfordshire Head office. Industry experts in delivering distinctive and diverse new homes in desirable locations primarily in the Northern home counties and London. The role will involve the management and coordination of all engineering information relating to all their current and proposed developments. As the Engineering Manager, responsibilities would include but not be limited to: The preparation of a Land Acquisition Report detailing all associated Technical issues. Support the Technical and Land Directors with the delivery of Technical and Engineering information. Manage and coordinate all required Engineering Information for tender and construction purposes. Manage the appointment of external companies. Provide support and accurate technical information for all internal departments. Negotiating and obtaining S38, 104 & 278 Approvals and Agreements. Attend all requisite external and internal meetings. Dealing with all drainage and services issues.
