About the role: In this newly created role, you will join the rapidly growing International Logistics team. Working closely with the internal MI teams, you will be responsible for reviewing all data streams and data points from the warehouses, NEXT systems teams and the range of third party carriers to ensure accuracy. You will be conducting data analysis of various statistics using SQL, Databricks, Google Sheets and Power BI output in order to provide insights to the department in order to improve decision making. You will generate new reports and improve existing reporting suites on all key performance indicators and dashboards, ensuring they are up to date and available on a daily, weekly and seasonal basis as required. Using your skills, knowledge and experience around data analysis, you will identify trends and any inaccuracies and communicate your findings to the international logistics management team. Providing insights and recommendations, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement to achieve the department’s goal of improving the customer experience internally and externally. About you: You will possess excellent IT skills, notably with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel to Advanced level and SQL/Databricks. Experience as an end-user with Power BI would be an advantage. A proven ability to build strong working relationships is essential; the role involves working with multiple teams and senior managers within Next and with our carriers. A strong communicator, you’ll have an ability to deliver complex information and influence a senior audience. Experience within a warehousing, distribution or supply chain role would be advantageous. Flexibility with a can-do attitude is key; it’s a fast-paced ever-changing environment and adaptability is essential.
