CNC Operator
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator / Setter to join a leading Engineering business based in Andover.
CNC Operator Responsibilities:
1. Using the 3/5 axis mills
2. Working to tight deadlines and complex customer specifications
3. Perform all functions on the CNC machine including setup, operation and maintenance
4. Work closely with other team member to ensure that all work orders are completed on time
5. Read and understand technical specifications
6. Identify tooling, work holding method and devices for production the components
Requirements:
7. Previous CNC experience
8. Previous experience setting up and operating 3/5 axis mills
9. Disciplined approach to manufacturing and component quality
10. Self-sufficient and able to work with little supervision
11. Experience on Fanuc is desirable
12. Ability to understand technical specifications
The CNC Operator / Setter Role:
13. Full, time permanent position
14. Negoitable salary depending on experience
15. Based in Andover
16. Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 1pm
17. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
