Job overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and capable Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to join our West London NHS Trust and help us provide the highest quality care to meet the therapeutic needs of our patients.

Working as an HCA involves being a key member of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting nursing staff in safe and clinical practice. Patient involvement and co-production are fundamental, and you will be involved in developing recovery care pathways, ensuring patients' voices are heard, and their needs are prioritized.
Location/Site: Hammersmith and Fulham Mental Health unit
Main duties of the job
Healthcare Assistants work under the guidance of senior professionals in various settings. Duties may include observing and recording patients’ conditions, communicating with patients and relatives, assisting with clinical duties, providing personal care, infection prevention, promoting health and well-being, and ensuring patient safety.
