37.5 hours per week, mixed shifts including earliest start at 6am and latest finish at 8pm, with alternate weekends
Location - Odney Club, Cookham (Berkshire)
Contract type - This role is Permanent
Pay rate - £12.40
About the role:
To work as part of the hotel team to deliver and maintain a first-rate guest experience through excellent customer service. To support the efficient and profitable running of the hotel, helping achieve business and personal objectives, and representing the brand as a warm and friendly Partner.
What you’ll be doing:
To work in a busy team to deliver a high-quality guest experience, focusing on cleanliness and standards throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
* Maintaining health and safety standards.
* Supporting continuous improvements within the team.
* Assisting other hotel operations when needed.
* Using housekeeping tools and chemicals safely.
* Providing excellent customer service to ensure positive guest interactions.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Attention to detail and pride in your work.
* Ability to work under time pressure.
* Good computer literacy skills.
Desirable skills/experience
* Experience in hospitality is welcomed but not essential; training will be provided.
