Job Opportunity: Engineer and Senior Engineer
We have an exciting opportunity for staff at both Engineer and Senior Engineer levels in our Bristol, Birmingham, and Cardiff offices. Join us to support our expanding workload and impressive portfolio of prestigious geotechnical projects across the UK and internationally.
We are looking to grow our team to meet increasing client demands, especially in the infrastructure sector (rail, highways, water) and the energy sector, including carbon capture & storage, renewable energy (wind, hydropower), low carbon engineering, and nuclear power. This is a fantastic chance to take a leading role in ground engineering for some of our most challenging projects. Candidate Requirements
* A degree in civil engineering or geology, with postgraduate qualification in a geotechnical subject.
* Chartered status as a civil engineer or geologist is preferred.
* Experience in the infrastructure sector (highways, rail, or water geotechnics).
* Strong academic background with a relevant MSc or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a fast-paced engineering consultancy environment.
* Project management skills and understanding of the engineering consultancy and design markets.
* Experience in geotechnical design.
* Knowledge of CDM Regulations in design and ground investigation contexts.
* Good commercial acumen in negotiating and managing projects.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas for short assignments.
* A valid UK driving license is preferred.
