Role overview:
If you excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and seek stability with long-term impact, this role is for you. We are looking for a strategic content leader to head our in-house content team. This hands-on role is vital for driving performance and shaping our content strategy.
You will bring agency experience, a track record of career progression, and a passion for impactful content and results—without client acquisition pressures. You will lead a team of three content managers, manage KPIs across our brand portfolio, push creative boundaries, and develop best-in-class content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, support, and develop a team of three content managers to meet KPIs and objectives.
2. Collaborate with the Head of Brand to define and implement the content strategy.
3. Oversee content planning, execution, and performance across channels.
4. Develop social media guidelines with the brand team, covering tone, visuals, and aesthetic.
5. Manage email strategy, including content creation and database management.
6. Build relationships with third-party suppliers and influencers for engaging content.
7. Monitor audience preferences and integrate insights into strategy.
8. Report on content performance monthly, using data to improve and demonstrate ROI.
9. Manage budgets according to internal processes.
10. Support PR content creation and coordination with the brand manager.
About you:
* Experience in strategic content roles, preferably within agencies or fast-paced settings.
* Creative communicator with a passion for high-quality content.
* Deep understanding of multi-channel digital and traditional content marketing.
* High energy, proactive, with a balance of strategic and hands-on skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Committed to continuous learning and industry trends.
* Proven team management and development experience.
