 
        
        Programme Manager: Fashion Communication and Styling, Fashion Retail Academy (part of Education for Industry Group)
Join us to shape the future of fashion education at the FRA! The 2-year accelerated degree program combines intensive fashion business education with hands‑on industry placements and mentoring. We are looking for a Programme Manager to lead our Fashion Communication and Styling course.
The Programme Manager will be responsible for day‑to‑day leadership and delivery of the curriculum, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning, assessment, strong student outcomes and compliance with quality assurance standards. They will work with teaching staff, support services and industry partners to deliver high‑quality, industry‑relevant education and support learner progress and destinations. The role focuses on operational excellence, curriculum management and learner experience, and supporting departmental performance indicators. A teaching load will be carried in line with the institution’s requirements.
About You
 * Qualifications: BA/BSc (Hons) in Fashion Communications, Styling, Art Direction or related field. A PGCE for Higher Education (PGCertHE or PGCAP) and/or Fellowship of Advanced HE (FHEA) is desirable.
 * Industry experience in fashion communications, media, art direction, graphic design, photography or styling, and education management experience in teaching or training, preferably in Higher Education.
 * Passion for inclusive, industry‑aligned education and a proven ability to motivate and inspire outstanding teaching teams.
 * Subject specialist with good knowledge of fashion communications and pedagogy in HE/FE.

Salary
£47,700 to £53,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience.
