OTE - £38,014.08 per annum on 48 hours, plus £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
Assisting the Head Chef in creating a diverse range of dishes that meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
Collaborating closely with the kitchen brigade across all service periods, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
Liaising with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to suggest improvements and help refine dishes and service.
Ensuring consistency in dish quality while setting and maintaining high standards for the brigade.
Supporting junior team members, fostering positive teamwork, and ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
