Children’s Registered Manager
Location: Liverpool
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)
As our Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a children’s residential home, ensuring the service is compliant, nurturing, and Ofsted-ready. You’ll lead a dedicated team to provide consistent, safe, and therapeutic care that supports each young person to reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the home in line with Ofsted and regulatory standards
* Create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children and young people
* Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing staff team
* Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and care standards
* Develop and implement care plans that support emotional, social, and educational development
* Work closely with social workers, families, and external agencies
What You’ll Need:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care – Children & Young People’s Services (Essential)
* Proven experience in a managerial role within children’s residential care
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and regulatory frameworks
* Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
* A passion for making a positive, lasting impact in young lives
