Job Description
Our client is a North Sea operator currently recruiting for the position of Platform EPRD Lead – Decommissioning, based in Aberdeen.
Leadership:
1. Responsible for leading a team to deliver contract management and Workstream Leadership of all North Sea Platform EPRD, plus joint responsibility for the overall success of all decommissioning activities, working with the wider team to ensure decommissioning campaigns and activities are executed safely, within budget and on schedule.
2. Communicates clearly key messages to support delivery of Platform EPRD, including a Vision for success, clarity on plans and progress, early alerts for potential challenges, and clarity on costs, opportunities and threats.
3. Work together with contractors, verifiers, all company functions and the decommissioning department to promote and ensure a cohesive and collaborative team environment in which to deliver successful projects.
4. Line manage decommissioning resources within their team and work with the Decommissioning Superintendent to support development of personnel within the decommissioning department.
5. Ensure compliance with the Decommissioning Programme and any other regulatory interfaces on the project.
