Areti are excited to be working with an award-winning UK Microsoft Partner that’s growing its Dynamics 365 CE/CRM practice across the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Architect to design, lead, and deliver innovative, secure, and scalable solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a senior role where you will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, and guide clients through the full project lifecycle, from presales through to delivery and handover.
This role will grow and transition into a Lead & Managerial position!
As the trusted technical authority, you’ll work across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and the wider Power Platform and Azure services, helping organisations to unlock the full value of their investment in Microsoft technologies.
How your day will look:
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.
* Architect and design Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Power Platform) tailored to client needs.
* Own solution architecture across Dynamics 365, M365, and Azure, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.
* Define and implement integrations with Azure services and third-party applications.
* Research, evaluate, and deliver AI-powered solutions using the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features.
* Build custom model-driven apps, plugins, and Power Automate flows.
* Define technical standards and lead solution/code reviews.
* Support presales activities, including estimating, planning, and Statements of Work (SoWs).
* Translate complex requirements into clear designs and roadmaps for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform (configuration, customisation, and development).
* Proven track record of architecting and leading large-scale D365 CE solutions.
* Skilled in designing custom business logic using plugins, workflows, and no/low-code tools.
* Experience integrating Dynamics with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Azure Services.
* Up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 AI features and their practical applications.
