Black Fox Solutions are currently recruiting for a leading commercial truck dealership who are looking to bring an Assistant Credit Controller to the team. Key Responsibilities Completing credit checks on potential new customers Periodic credit checking of existing customers Setting and monitoring credit limits Communicating with customers to chase current and overdue debt Liaising with customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies Communicating with customers to ensure receipt and processing of large invoices Handling customer queries professionally Weekly and monthly debt and cash reporting Issuing company customer statements What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of working in a fast-paced accounts department Previous credit control experience in a commercial environment (minimum 6 months) Be able to work on own initiative and manage time to meet strict targets Possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills and all-round computer literacy Possess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and written and both internally and externally Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances Possess an ability to structure workload in an efficient manner Be able to cope working under pressure For more information on this, or any of our other roles, please get in touch with Jamie at or call the office on.
