Job Title: Assembly Engineer

Overview
We are supporting a requirement for an Assembly Engineer to join an industrial products project based in Warrington. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting machine deliverables, ensuring assembly standards are met, and assisting with operator training to support production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
* Support assembly and machine-related deliverables across the project lifecycle
* Ensure assembly processes meet required technical and quality standards
* Assist with the development and implementation of production and assembly procedures
* Support the training and development of operators on assembly equipment and processes
* Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly environment
Requirements
* Experience in an assembly engineering or manufacturing engineering role
* Background within the automotive sector preferred
* Experience with Tier 1 suppliers to Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) would be advantageous
* Familiarity with companies such as Magna International or IAC Group would be beneficial
* Strong understanding of manufacturing standards, assembly processes, and production environments

This role is based in Warrington and will involve working closely with onsite engineering and production teams.
