A well-established organisation is seeking a technically minded and proactive Ad Operations Manager to join their Marketing team. This role is essential to the smooth and accurate delivery of digital advertising campaigns — blending hands-on execution with data collaboration and commercial insight.
End-to-end management of digital ad campaigns including trafficking, setup, QA, optimisation, and reporting.
Platform responsibility across Google Ads, Meta, DV360 and others, with confidence in ad tech implementation.
Oversight of tracking and tagging using Google Tag Manager and server-side solutions.
Cross-functional collaboration with data and engineering teams to ensure clean and insightful performance data.
Contribution to the ongoing evolution of processes, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing.
Regular interaction with internal channel specialists, data teams, and third-party vendors.
Be confident using Google Tag Manager, ad servers like Campaign Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau.
Have a strategic understanding of the customer journey and be able to identify and address tracking gaps with commercial awareness.
Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
The role is based in Brighton, with hybrid working options .
