Our client a leading firm of accountants in Burnley are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager or Associate Director with the drive and expertise to help drive the business forward.

You’ll be stepping into a key leadership position, managing a diverse client portfolio and a talented team. The practice has a solid foundation, but there are areas for improvement: updating processes, building their tech capability (including AI/automation), and sharpening the firm’s commercial edge.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a diverse client portfolio and a talented team.

Qualifications
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong post‑qualification experience in practice – ideally across accounts and advisory.
