THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-time Lettings Consultant to join our growing team. This is a people-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering excellent service throughout the lettings journey.
You will be working with landlords and tenants alike, helping to match people with property, guide clients through the lettings process and represent the Cope & Co. brand with confidence and care.
While lettings experience is important, attitude matters just as much. We want someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and proud to be part of a business that puts relationships over transactions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are keen to hear from candidates who already have some experience in lettings and understand the pace, expectations and demands of the industry. However, beyond experience, we are really looking for the right person.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience in a lettings role

* Be confident dealing with both landlords and tenants

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage tenant enquiries from our intuitive operating system
* Support applicants through the letting process
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Negotiate lets and progress tenancies efficiently
* Support with compliance and general lettings administration
* Keep communication clear, timely and professional at every stage
* Represent Cope & Co. in a way that reflects our brand, values and standards
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience
This role would suit someone who understands that lettings is not just about filling properties. It is about trust, communication, consistency and creating confidence in the people we work with. You will care about getting the details right, but you will also care about how people feel throughout the process.
