Football Development Officer (Equality & Inclusion) – Maternity Cover
This position reports directly to the Head of Football Development and Investment, supporting the delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy, the Hertfordshire FA Operational Plan and working to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met. The successful candidate will work alongside the current Football Development team to support participation and volunteers. This will primarily be through developing the FA's “A Game for All” standard for Hertfordshire and working strategically with the Hertfordshire FA Inclusion Advisory Group. The role involves influencing other areas, including diversity, volunteering, behaviours and safeguarding, to ensure the local grassroots game offers a safe and inclusive environment for participants. Excellent communication, strong customer service, relationship management and safeguarding awareness are essential.
