If you're passionate about young people and want to make a genuine impact, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you’ll play a vital role in helping students succeed both academically and personally. Working closely with class teachers and senior staff, you’ll support pupils across a wide age range, helping them access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real difference.
