As a Patient Advisor, your role is vital in making patients feel valued from their first interaction. You will:
* Build relationships with patients and maintain communication before and after treatments
* Assist in patient consultations and health checks with advanced equipment
* Help patients complete health questionnaires and introduce them to their optometrist
* Schedule treatments and discuss finance options
* Maintain accurate patient records
