Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for 1 x Customer Service / Sales Admin Assistant for our client based in Cradley Heath. Purpose: Dealing with inbound calls in a professional and timely manner while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor. Details: Permanent position Monday to Thursday 8am till 5pm, Friday 8am till 12.30pm £24k rising up to £25k per year Duties: Accurately processing customer quotes and orders Liasing with the warehouse and factory to keep customers up to date and informed Working alongside and supporting other departments when needed Understanding customer needs and maintain, manage expectations Dealing with customer complaints when required Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills, building customer rapport Problem solving Strong computer literacy & knowledge of CRM systems Excellent telephone manner Enthusiastic and willing to learn Driven with good time management & organisational skills Loyalty, honesty & integrity
