Your new role
As a Chartered Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of residential valuation and survey services in line with RICS standards. This will include undertaking property inspections and producing Home Reports, mortgage valuations, and private surveys. You will manage your own workload and diary, ensuring efficient delivery of reports while maintaining high levels of client service. You will also provide expert advice to clients on property condition, risks, and market value within your local area.
What youll need to succeed
MRICS or FRICS qualified (Residential pathway preferred) Experience carrying out residential surveys and valuations Strong knowledge of the Scottish residential property market Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self:motivated with strong organisational and time:management skills Full UK driving licence What youll get in return
