Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sales Negotiator to join our busy Enfield office. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well established and high performing team, dealing with both new build and second hand property sales.
The successful candidate will play a key role in generating business, progressing sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
* Booking market appraisals for the valuation team
* Booking mortgage appointments with our in house advisor
* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
* Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants
* Progressing sales through to completion
* Supporting the team to achieve branch targets
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proven ability to build positive client relationships
* Proficiency in negotiation and problem‑solving
* Knowledge of local and national property markets
* Strong organizational and time‑management skills
* Proficient with property management software and technology tools
* A valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation
