A brilliant opportunity for an excellent Night Porter to join the team at Richmond Hill Hotel, an independently owned hotel and restaurant (144 On The Hill), a stone throw from Richmond Park in London.

Is this Night Porter role right for me?
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a hunger for hospitality and going the extra mile. The role of the Night Team member is to assist the Night Manager throughout the night to ensure that the guests continue to receive excellent customer service.
• Assisting the Night Manager with the security checks.
• Ensuring all areas are tidy, hovered, and ready for the morning.
• Room service deliveries ordered through the night.
• Assisting guests with luggage on check in and check out.
• Manage the customer services of the hotel If you are passionate about customer service and delivering impeccable service, this could be the position for you.
The ideal candidate must also be smart, customer focused, have strong communication skills and be highly organised. The ability to use computer systems is essential and Knowledge of Opera system is preferred, however full training will be given. The shifts are at night from 8.00pm - 8.00am (4 on, 3 off basis), so if you are a night owl this might be the role for you.
