Job Description
Eddie Stobart is currently looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team in Goole.
The role is based at a Tesco site in Goole and involves stores, RDCs, warehouse deliveries, and general haulage work. You will be using a variety of Tesco and ESL kit. The role may involve manual handling, drop and swaps, and trunking.
Shifts:
* Sunday-Thursday nights, 15:00-23:00 start times.
* Tuesday-Saturday nights, 15:00-23:00 start times.
* Monday-Friday nights, 15:00-23:00 start times.
* Day shifts Monday-Friday: £14.00/hour (including meal allowance and tier payments).
* Night shifts Monday-Friday: £15.40/hour (including meal allowance and tier payments).
* Day shifts Saturday and Sunday: £17.50/hour (including meal allowance and tier payments).
* Night shifts Saturday and Sunday: £18.00/hour (including meal allowance and tier payments).
* Bank holidays: £18.31/hour (including meal allowance and tier payments).
Qualifications:
* Valid C+E licence, CPC, and Tacho Card.
* No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DD/DR code convictions.
* Understanding and compliance with driver’s hours and WTD legislation.
* Ability to perform vehicle checks and report defects.
* Compliance with on-site health and safety requirements.
