What’s involved?
As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including prep, service, stock control, and leading sections. The successful candidate will be confident cooking for large numbers, calm under pressure, and comfortable maintaining consistency at a high level. Experience in a similar role and a background at 2 AA Rosette standard or above will put you in a strong position.
