Job Mission
ASML is the world’s leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex machines critical for producing integrated circuits or microchips. This position is for a Senior Electrical Engineer with an innovative attitude to work in Manufacturing Test Engineering. The candidate will collaborate with development engineers to implement comprehensive production tests with high-performance verification and troubleshooting diagnostics.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop manufacturing specifications.
* Collaborate with Optical, Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineering teams to develop the overall design of Opto-Mechanical/Electrical Modules.
* Create assembly concepts and qualification tests for new product designs.
* Introduce new products into production within a concurrent engineering environment.
* Support image analysis on data and derive conclusions.
* Develop production sequences and routings.
* Develop manufacturing procedures and technical work instructions.
* Assist production assembly and test engineers and technicians with troubleshooting of modules and sub-modules.
* Evaluate and disposition failed parts, proposing solutions.
* Review failure analysis reports from suppliers and help validate root causes.
* Interface with internal and external customers regarding contamination test results, testing methods, and control strategies.
* Create and manage calibration, upkeep, and procurement of analytical instruments used in manufacturing.
* Read optical, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
* Knowledge of Code-V and Zemax.
* Proficiency in MATLAB, LabVIEW, and Python.
