This is an entry-level position (5 days on site) suitable for candidates with a basic understanding of Cisco or Fortinet. The purpose of this role is to support the Maintenance Ops Stores and Workshop Team Leader and Maintenance Ops Manager in providing a world-class repair and build service to our clients' customers. You will maximize team effectiveness and productivity, ensuring all contractual SLA's and efficiency metrics are met to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You will work closely with peers in Enterprise Field Service to support and implement improvement strategies, performing above expectations in workshop functions to help meet contractual customer SLA's.

Responsibilities
* Assist the workshop warranty team with break-fix repairs on all supported products, including laptops, desktops, switches, routers, and printers.
* Identify configuration issues; you won't need to rectify them, just identify and pass them to the wider team.
* Have a basic understanding of networking technologies.
* Basic understanding of installing operating systems across a network via SCCM, PXE, and USB is preferred.
