Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Engineer to join our dynamic team in London. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop skills in civil engineering.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with seasoned engineers to contribute to the development of innovative design solutions.
* Assist in the preparation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
* Utilise cutting-edge engineering software and tools for analysis and modelling tasks, under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Participate in structural and/or geotechnical analysis, gaining valuable insights into project complexities.
* Engage in site visits and inspections to gain practical understanding of project requirements and constraints.
* Document and report findings to support the refinement of design solutions.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, architects, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Actively contribute ideas and insights during team meetings to enhance project outcomes.
* Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
* Join our ICE accredited training scheme and progress towards chartered engineer status.
* Obtain relevant certifications and attend training programs as necessary.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Solid academic background with emphasis on structural and/or geotechnical engineering.
* Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Tedds, Autodesk Robot, etc. Strong communication and teamwork abilities with an eagerness to learn and contribute to the success.
