£29,200 per annum (Realistic OTE £34,000)

We are recruiting for an experiencedService Advisorto join a busy and customer-focused automotive dealership in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Duties:
* Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process
* Manage service bookings, walk-in enquiries, and vehicle handovers
* Liaise with workshop and parts departments to provide accurate updates and quotations
* Record vehicle details and customer requirements accurately
* Identify and upsell additional work where appropriate
* Ensure all administration is completed in line with company procedures
* Deliver a first-class customer experience at every stage
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a busy, customer-facing role
* Good attention to detail and a professional approach
Desirable:
* Experience using Kerridge, RTC, or eDynamix systems
* Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
