In this key role, you will: Lead on whole‑school behaviour strategies and positive behaviour culture Support pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent, effective support Provide guidance and modelling for staff to promote positive behaviour management Develop tailored interventions to remove barriers to learning We are looking for someone who: Has experience supporting behaviour in an educational setting Is calm, resilient, and solution‑focused Builds strong relationships with pupils and families Can lead, inspire, and model best practice for colleagues If you are committed to making a real difference in pupils’ lives, we would love to hear from you.
