What will I be doing?
As Room Service Manager, you will lead the In‑Room Dining operation, delivering a refined, seamless dining experience for guests and members while optimising sales performance, developing talent, and maintaining rigorous cost control. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional service execution, brand alignment, and commercial effectiveness, and achieving the following standards.
* Provide clear, inspiring leadership to the Room Service team, driving operational excellence and supporting professional growth.
* Ensure full compliance with brand standards, service protocols, and quality expectations.
* Monitor and evaluate guest satisfaction, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Stay attuned to culinary and service trends, proactively contributing ideas to elevate offerings.
* Drive revenue optimisation while maintaining disciplined cost control.
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and departmental objectives.
* Partner with Learning & Development to deliver structured, ongoing training.
* Maintain robust internal controls and compliance with hotel and company policies.

* Proven experience in a similar in‑room dining or F&B leadership role.
* Strong people management and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience
