Job Description
This a very basic finance role and will mainly focus on financial administrative tasks - this role is suitable for entry level with experience within a junior finance role. As a Finance Officer you will be responsible for but, not limited to:
3. Sales Ledger
4. purchase ledger- processing invoices
5. Preparation of the daily reporting
6. Management of the AP inbox
7. Daily bank reconciliations
8. Assist team with ad-hoc reporting and requests
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Officer will have:
9. Exposure to working in Finance
10. Finance Knowledge
11. Proficient in Excel and strong IT skills
12. Strong organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
13. Committed to the role and the tasks in hand
14. Be able to reliably commute to Bolton
What's on Offer
If made permanent successful Finance Officer will be entitled to:
15. Term Time plus extra weeks
16. 37 hours a week (Mon -Thurs 8am - 4pm, Fri 8am - 3.30pm)
17. 25 days holiday plus bank holiday (maybe more depending on term times)
