This position requires a proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles in the context of manufacturing businesses, particularly international aspects. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Lead the configuration of Infor LN and optimization for month and year end reporting. Consolidate UK, Greek, US and Australian entities. Oversee the timely delivery of monthly and ad-hoc financial reports. Tax Manage all global tax arrangements, including transfer pricing. Liaison with External Parties: Work closely with professional advisors on accounting and taxation matters to maintain compliance and capitalise on relevant opportunities. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits. Strategic Financial Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic financial plans. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in a rapidly developing business setting. Support the development and implementation of financial strategies, controls, policies, and procedures through active collaboration with teams across the wider business. Represent the finance team at senior leadership meetings as appropriate Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry standards. Mitigate financial risks associated with international transactions by keeping abreast of global regulations.
