About The Role
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering exhibition and event projects. This is a varied role where you’ll be involved in everything from project admin and logistics through to managing smaller projects yourself. It’s a good opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, working at pace, and wants to build a career in events or project management.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting Project Managers with the coordination of live projects
* Maintaining project timelines, documentation, and job records
* Preparing job packs and briefing materials
* Raising purchase orders and tracking project costs
* Booking logistics, transport, and deliveries
* Ordering third-party services such as electrics and flooring
* Liaising with suppliers and exhibition organisers
* Supporting health and safety documentation and approvals
* Assisting with stock control and warehouse coordination
* Managing smaller projects from quote through to delivery
* Attending site where needed to support installations
What we’re looking for
* Previous admin or coordination experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Good communication skills and a willingness to get involved
* Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* An interest in events or exhibitions would be useful

Working pattern
Office-based role with occasional travel to event sites. Flexibility needed during busy periods. Standard hours are 09:00 to 17:30.
