The Role
This is a pivotal commercial leadership role within the business.
You will own and deliver our Off Trade strategy across UK grocery, wholesale and e-commerce, whilst playing a key role in shaping our international expansion. Working closely with the founders, you’ll be responsible for driving distribution, rate of sale, and long-term customer partnerships across the UK’s leading retailers.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Leading and executing Prime Time’s Off Trade strategy across grocery, wholesale and online
* Owning and growing relationships with key retail partners including Tesco, Ocado, M&S, Waitrose and beyond.
* Developing and delivering joint business plans to drive profitable growth and category share
* Identifying and unlocking new distribution opportunities across the UK Off Trade landscape
* Unlocking, supporting and managing key export markets, including direct involvement in the USA and UAE
* Building strong, credible relationships with buyers and senior retail stakeholders
* Delivering best-in-class commercial execution across pricing, promotion and activation
* Owning forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking across the channel
* Working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and finance to deliver aligned growth
