Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and lead a team on a residential block based in SW London.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
Rota: Monday - Friday
Main Duties:
Ensure you are the focal point for activities on site.
Assist leaseholders and tenants, either via telephone/video calls or in person regardingmaintenance issues, complaints, emergencies and additional requests.
Maintain a strong sense of pride in the development which should rub off on others.
Ensure an atmosphere of helpfulness and courtesy.
Manage the client relationship proactively, reporting to the board/managing agents at requiredintervals in the agreed formats.
Use the systems at your disposal, to track and action a wide range of issues, adhere to KPIs and be able to show the directors and managing agent the status of all issues.
To effectively manage the team of front-of-house porters and the cleaners, ensuring that theyare motivated in carrying out their duties and that they deliver a high standard of service toresidents and guests.
Provide a visible presence of on-site management at times of peak resident movement, i.e.mornings and evenings.
Rostering of the team and ensuring that there is adequate cover at all times.
