Brand new permanent opportunity to join our client who are a well-established, successful and growing business based in Stonehouse. You will play a key role in managing the business’s bookkeeping, supporting financial reporting and ensuring VAT returns, year end and day-to-day accounts processes are managed correctly. Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements. - Carry out bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. - Process invoices, expenses and payments in a timely manner. - Support with month-end processes and basic reporting. - Maintain financial systems and ensure records are kept accurate and up to date. - Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including purchase ledger, sales ledger and reconciliations. - Liaise with external accountants as required.
