We are working with a top tier national law firm based in Belfast for a Partner to join their Commercial Property team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a growing Commercial Property team, advising a variety of clients spanning several industries, on a range of real estate matters including site acquisitions and lease transactions, drafting and negotiating a variety of documents and agreements, and real estate finance.
The Partner will manage a varied caseload and play a key role in managing client relationships. The Partner will have the ability to attract new business to the firm while also playing an instrumental role in business development. The individual will be a key mentor for junior members of the firm.
Essential Criteria:
* Highly experienced solicitor;
* Strong background in commercial property law;
* Commercial awareness;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Experience handling client relationships;
* Ability to attract new business;
* Willingness to mentor junior members of the firm;
* Technically excellent;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
