An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and caring individuals, to join our team within Campbeltown Hospital as Bank Healthcare Support Workers. The ward has 15 beds and cares for acute admissions with input provided by a multidisciplinary team.
The Healthcare Support Worker is required to work flexibly across the ward, A&E and outpatient clinics ensuring that safe and person‑centred care is delivered.
Key Requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills and a considerate manner.
* Good team working and communication skills.
* Previous experience in nursing or a caring role is desirable.
* Ability to meet competing demands while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Employment Details
* Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part‑time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rated basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
