This exciting opportunity is ideal for a strong and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager looking to take on a blended role of leadership and hands-on childcare. Working full-time, the successful candidate will split their time between supporting room-based activities and office-based management tasks, helping to maintain smooth nursery operations and delivering high-quality early years education.

* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
* Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years best practices.
* Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, inspire, and manage a team.
* Hands-on childcare experience with children aged 0–5.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will:
* Support the Nursery Manager in day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
* Lead and inspire a team of practitioners, ensuring high standards of care and education.
* Act as a senior room leader, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to staff.
* Deliver safe, stimulating, and inclusive activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Assist with staffing, rotas, and administrative tasks to support efficient nursery operations.
