As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Sales Goals – Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
* Brow services – Waxing, tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
* Teamwork – Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
* Promotions and special events – Supporting both in‑store or external events and charity events.
* Administration – An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
* Hygiene and housekeeping – You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
* Dynamic, enthusiastic.
* Passion for make‑up and retail.
* Result‑oriented and enjoys a challenge.
* Desire to provide a unique customer experience.
* Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays and holiday periods.
* Minimum 6 months retail experience.
* Familiarity with at least one eyebrow product brand such as Benetint, The POREfessional, BADgal BANG! or others.
