Position Details:
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Horsham Office (Just a 12-minute walk from Horsham train station)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, based on experience
Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidays, increasing annually up to 25 days
What You'll Do:
In this exciting role, you will:
Submit and progress mortgage applications through to legal completion and beyond.
Chase documentation and ensure compliance of new business applications.
Liaise with solicitors for exchange and completion dates.
Submit and progress protection applications effectively.
Monitor client emails and manage accounts for repeat clients.
Serve as the first point of contact for queries from clients, lenders, and conveyancers.
Update and maintain systems and files with precision.
Collaborate with advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
To shine in this role, you should have:
Proven administration experience in a mortgage or financial services environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
A keen attention to detail with experience in following prescribed systems and procedures.
A self-motivated, professional demeanour with the ability to work independently.
Resilience to thrive under pressure in a busy environment.
