As a Keyholder at Levi’s, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will serve as the fundamental link between our products and customers, supporting and assisting our Stylists.
Key parts of the role:
1. Deliver the highest level of customer service through teamwork and embodying our brand values.
2. Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties.
3. Motivate, support, and encourage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve personal targets.
4. Provide guidance and direction to the sales team to aid their development and ensure KPIs are met.
5. Maintain strong visual standards across the store.
6. Assist with deliveries and organize the stockroom.
7. Take responsibility for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.
