Overview
ADP is a global NASDAQ-listed organization providing cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration. We are looking for a Digital Sales District Manager to join our UK team, supporting the Staines-Upon-Thames area. This is a role to connect with prospects, demonstrate ADP products, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
The Day-to-day
* Being proactive with new prospects
* Using various methods (social selling and CRM data) to source new opportunities
* Identifying people who have HR/Payroll pain points or gaps and engaging them on a live project
* Staying up-to-date with market trends and educating prospects on insights, potential threats or opportunities to improve HR/Payroll processes
* Working to KPIs and targets for activity and meetings booked
* Collaborating with your Leader and colleagues to define campaigns to strategically direct outreach
* Demonstrating ADP solutions
* Managing the full end-to-end sales cycle with prospects
* Cleansing and managing your own data to ensure accurate strategies
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
* Based in the UK, within daily commutable distance to our Staines office
* Ideally some previous experience within a complex sales environment
* Track record of carrying and achieving a sales quota for at least 12 months
* A great attitude with a willingness to learn
* Competitive nature — a drive to be the best
* Flexible attitude
* Enthusiastic and ambitious with a clear desire to progress within a large organisation
* Articulate with good business acumen and commercial awareness
* Experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) – preferred but not essential
